Participation plays are an innovative way to introduce students to theater and performing in a non-threatening and fun environment.
Our storyteller leads the action and brings students out of the audience to be the characters. Students brought on stage get to use a costume piece and are fed their lines as a part of the story. No rehearsal required!
Students in the audience are a part of the performance, too! They supply responses, sound effects, songs, and are encouraged to participate and remain engaged.
These performances last between 45 minutes and an hour. They can travel to your school and work in almost any space you have available.
Field trips to Town Hall get to perform on our professional stage. Field trips to Town Hall also include a Question and Answer session with a theater professional and a backstage tour of Town Hall’s facilities!
Performances at your location range from $250 – $800 depending on audience size.
For field trips to Town Hall — For 20 students and under we charge a flat fee of $250. For over 20 students we charge only $7 per student. A Reasonable number of teachers and chaperons are complimentary.
We are happy to make accommodations for your school’s circumstances or for underprivileged students. Please call for more information.
