Q. How do I purchase tickets?
A. Tickets can be purchased in person, over the phone, or online.
To purchase tickets over the phone, please call the Box Office at 303.794.2787 x5 Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and One Hour prior to Shows. Generally, there is one person in the box office taking calls so, if you get voice mail, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. Tickets can be purchased online by clicking any of the Purchase Tickets links on our site 24 hours a day/7 days a week (up until 24 hours prior to showtime). You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been filled. You can also purchase tickets in person at Town Hall Arts Center. There are no fees for purchasing tickets in person or by phone. There is a $2 per ticket handling fee for purchasing tickets online.
Q. Does THAC give group discounts?
A. Yes, groups of 10 or more seats are eligible for a discount of $5 off the regular price per ticket (no additional student or senior discounts apply). Please contact the Box Office at 303-794-2787 Ext. 5 or email@example.com for more information on group sales or to order tickets.
Q. I am 63. Do I qualify for a senior discount at THAC?
A. Yes, our senior discounts begin at age 62.
Q. I am 32, but I just started college. Do I qualify for a student discount at THAC?
A. Yes, our student discount is for anyone under 18 or with a current, valid student ID.
TEN DOLLAR TICKETS:
In a continuing effort to make plays at Town Hall Arts Center accessible to all, ten value seats at $10 each will be made available on a first-come-first-served basis one-hour prior to each published curtain time. Limit 2 per person.

Q. Does THAC welcome children to its productions?
A. Yes, well behaved children 2 years and older are welcome at THAC for appropriately-rated productions. Each must have his/her own seat, paid for at the student rate. Children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Q. What does the R rating mean on some productions?
A. The R rating designates productions that contain adult content and themes that may be objectionable to some patrons. Discretion is left up to the individual.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Q. What happens if my plans change, can I get a refund or exchange my tickets for another show?
A. Yes, Season Ticket holders may exchange tickets at no charge (charges may apply if upgrading from a Thursday/Sunday Evening to a Friday/Saturday Evening or any Matinee performance). Non season-ticket holders may exchange tickets with a 24 hour notice for a service charge of $4 per ticket for any other performance of the same production. Non-season ticket holders may return tickets with 24 hour notice for a refund of 65% of the face value of the ticket.
Q. Will I be charged a service fee if I order tickets online or over the phone?
A. There is no service charge for ordering tickets in person or by phone. A $2 handling fee per ticket will be charged for online orders.
PARKING FOR A SHOW:
Q. Where should I plan to park when attending a show at THAC?
A. There is free parking is available on the streets around the theatre, and in the RTD lot at the Downtown Littleton Light Rail Station at the corner of Prince and Alamo Streets. For more info, visit our Parking page.
RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA:
Q. What are some of the restaurants within walking distance of THAC?
A. There are many restaurants in the Downtown Littleton area within walking distance of THAC. Click HERE to see a list of merchants, including restaurants, within walking distance of the theatre.
Q. Is Town Hall Arts Center accessible to persons of all abilities and does it offer services for patrons in wheelchairs and with hearing impairments?
All restrooms are equipped to accommodate the handicapped.
There are designated spaces for wheelchairs in the theatre. Please be sure to inform the Box Office representative of your seating needs when purchasing tickets.
Services for Physically Challenged:
The Town Hall Arts Center House Manager is available to meet physically challenged theatergoers in the lobby of the building to escort them to the theatre upstairs.
Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals:
Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.
Audio Assist headsets are available at the theatre box office, free of charge. A photo identification is required as a deposit.
